MY Putzmeister -Digital 360° Customer Experience

Putzmeister is presenting digital innovations, at bauma 2025 in Munich. For example, the company has further developed the MYPutzmeister portal established 2020 for customers, dealers and employees - and expanded it with practical functions.

Five years ago, Putzmeister expanded its portfolio with the MyPutzmeister portal, a modern platform for Putzmeister customers and dealers. This is a cross-channel platform that gives service staff, for example, even better and faster access to technical documents from Putzmeister than before. All relevant information can be accessed in bundled form at MyPutzmeister, in order to be able to manage machine data and documents for a specific machine, among other things, and retrieve them as needed.

One application integrated on the platform is particularly interesting for dispatchers: the Machine Cockpit. With the help of this tool, they are able to access machine data in real time and view the current status of their concrete pumps and truck mixers. For the  iONTRON eMixer, this real-time data is expanded to include information on charging status, remaining range and battery status, so that there is no fear of coming to a standstill in the first place. In addition, the remote diagnosis of machine faults for concrete pumps with Ergonic 3 control has been significantly improved. In addition to a clear identification of critical machine faults, particularly detailed information on the cause of the fault as well as recommendations for action to solve the problem should significantly reduce downtimes.


 

With the MyFleet function, Putzmeister supports the dealers - and thus also the end customers. MyFleet provides a complete overview of the machines available in the sales area. In this way, Putzmeister dealers are able to serve customers even better by being able to call up targeted and quick information such as service documents or even special promotions from Putzmeister. Also helpful: the intelligent evaluations improve the overview of the availability of spare and wear parts at the dealer's premises and thus shorten the delivery times for the required parts.

In the course of the further development of MYPutzmeister, the user-friendliness of applications and functions was also optimised. For example, while previously it was necessary to first go to the electronic documentation PEDOC using the serial number in order to find the correct article numbers for ordering spare parts, today it is possible to go directly from the machine to the electronic catalogue. From there, an order can be placed directly.

MYPutzmeister is a platform that is constantly being extended and expanded to offer added value to dealers and customers. Not only the machine cockpit and MyFleet are merging more and more into a digital 360° view of the machine. In the Preventive Service List function, Putzmeister dealers are now automatically informed about upcoming maintenance and safety checks based on real-time machine data. This enables dealers to automatically inform or remind customers about upcoming inspections and tests - for better planning and to reduce unplanned repairs to the machines. In the event of a warranty claim, the applications are now also processed completely digitally in order to be able to provide feedback to customers much faster than before.

Putzmeister presents the new Experts App. The app now has a new design and offers you an improved search function. The Experts App supports you in your daily work and helps you to expand your Putzmeister know-how. The redesigned app summarizes Putzmeister's global know-how in helpful news, videos, documents and calculators.
