Exhibitor pass
Exhibitor passes for Bauma are valid for the whole exhibition week and will be personalised. Please note that you will not have access to the exhibition area in case you lose your exhibitor pass.
Exhibitor passes include free use of MVV public transport (zones M-6) in the period from 7 - 13 April 2025.
You will receive your exhibitor pass from Marketing in good time before the start of the event.
Voucher (Bauma daily entrance tickets)
For the bauma 2025 only online vouchers are used. Every visitor needs a voucher for each day which includes an one-time entrance as well as free use of MVV public transport (zones M-6) from 7 to 13 April 2025.
Important: An online registration before Bauma is mandatory! The online vouchers are personalized and can be used as print-at-home ticket or mobile ticket.
You will get online codes to register the tickets after your order.

Visitor tickets are limited to 2 for direct family members of Putzmeister employees.
Visitor tickets are now available. Please send your requirements, stating your company name and cost center, to bauma@putzmeister.com
Please also take into account the complete requirements of your customers and dealers! The visitor tickets for customers and dealers are booked to your cost centre.
Please be at the meeting point 10-15 minutes before departure!
Bus shuttle for stand crew (06.04. + 13.04.2025)
There will be a bus shuttle for the trade fair crew on Sunday, 06.04.2025 and Sunday, 13.04.2025.
Departure Sunday, 06.04.2025
08:00 a.m., drive to the exhibition centre for the kick-off meeting
The bus then drives to the hotels to unload the luggage.
Departure Sunday, 13.04.2025
17:00, drive from the exhibition grounds (bus car park) towards Aichtal
Luggage will be collected from the bus at the hotels in advance.
Daily bus shuttle for employees + stand crew
There will again be a bus travelling from Aichtal to Munich in the morning and back to Aichtal in the evening from Monday to Friday. This bus is for employees who are attending Bauma on business; free seats can be filled by other employees.
Trade fair crew members who are not arriving on Sunday, 6 April 2025 and/or not departing on Sunday, 13 April 2025 should use the bus shuttle during the week. On the day of departure, please take your luggage from the hotel to the exhibition centre and store it in the staff room. At 18:30 the bus shuttle will leave from the U2 station Feldmoching in the direction of Aichtal.

Please take the underground from the exhibition centre in good time (journey time approx. 40 min)!
Bus supervision:
The bus supervisor checks the presence of the participants.
Packed lunch:
You will receive a packed lunch for the journey.
The possibility to reserve seats will be available from next year.
